Jan Hair and Jeff Buffo are visionary leaders with a deep-rooted passion for simplifying senior care and creating a positive impact in the lives of families. With a combined experience of over 40 years as real estate professionals, they have been pillars of support for countless individuals and families throughout their careers.
During her established career, Jan Hair has helped hundreds of families with their estate and probate real estate transactions. However, in 2023, Jan’s professional experience turned personal when she navigated her mother-in-law's estate. It was then that Jan experienced firsthand the complexities and challenges families face during this critical phase. Because of this personal event, her passion was ignited to making senior care more accessible, compassionate, and comprehensive. In addition, Jan has been a licensed realtor since April 1996, has earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, and has been featured on HGTV's My First Place.
Jeff Buffo, as a Co-Owner of Keller Williams Realty Signature Partners, has built an impressive legacy as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). With over 22 years of real estate experience, he has facilitated over 3,000 units in sales, exceeding $1 billion in CLOSED Volume in 2022, making him a top leader in the state of Georgia. Jeff goes above and beyond to provide his clients superior customer service, believing that "Great service isn't expensive, it's priceless".
